Support Groups

Living with epilepsy can feel overwhelming, but you are not alone. Our support groups offer a safe, welcoming space for individuals with epilepsy, their families, and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. These gatherings provide emotional support, practical resources, and a sense of community that can make all the difference in navigating life with epilepsy.

EFAL believes no one should face epilepsy alone. We help individuals connect with local support groups and explore opportunities to start new ones.

Individuals can reach out to learn more about our support group network by completing the application form. After submission, our team will follow up to learn more about your interests — whether you’d like to join an existing support group in your area or help start a new group to support others living with epilepsy.
